GOODREADS SYNOPSIS: Set in the world of all your favorite rom-coms, a gorgeously romantic new novel by the author of “From Notting Hill with Love . . . Actually” Movie addict Scarlett O’Brien is finally living the jet-setting life she’s dreamed of, but it all hangs by a shiny, golden thread. Flying between London and New York, running two businesses, and planning her wedding to handsome fiance Sean along with her best friends Oscar and Maddie–life couldn’t be better. Then Scarlett meets paparazzi darling Gabriella Romero, and life suddenly becomes even more extravagant and glamourous. But as she begins to experience the other side of being rich and famous, it’s not only Scarlett’s perfect wedding that’s put in jeopardy, but her whole world.
The third and final book in this trilogy was like the previous two – a great read! Again, just like the previous two books, it was a pleasurable, easy read and a book that will either turn you into a hopeless romantic or think it’s all a load of baloney and very far fetched.
This story was a little different to the previous stories used for the other books and I quite enjoyed that fact. This book had more drama but still fairly predictable aswell. The fact that a new character was introduced again, spiced the story up a bit because the whole book was basically written around him.
I must admit though, toward the end of the novel because the story is narrated by the main character, Scarlette, I felt as if I was reading her personal diary from the way it was written. The other two books didn’t feel that way for me, but for some reason this one did.
After reading this trilogy, I do wonder if there are people out in the real world who are like these characters though. Their lives would never be dull!
If you have read any of these books, I would love to hear your thoughts on them.
